TaxonList: TaxonList and LineageList

In gschofl/ncbi: Retrieve data from NCBI.

Description

“TaxonList” and “LineageList” are lists of Taxon and Lineage objects, respectively.

Construct a list of Taxa or Lineages

Usage

  TaxonList(..., shared = new.env(parent = emptyenv()))

  LineageList(..., shared = new.env(parent = emptyenv()))

Arguments

...	Taxon objects.
shared	A shared envionment containing connections to taxon.db and (optionally) geneid.db

Value

A TaxonList or a LineageList.
