VizMetaData: Visualize a Seurat object by metadata variables

Description

VizMetaData creates Seurat DimPlots for the given meta.data columns using UMAP, TSNE, and PCA reductions. These plots are automatically saved in a PDF in the specified output directory.

Usage

VizMetaData(scrna, vars, outdir, mnn = FALSE, ...)

Arguments

scrna	Seurat object.
vars	String or character vector of meta.data column names to plot.
outdir	Path to output directory.
mnn	Boolean indicating whether integration performed via SimpleIntegration used method = "MNN".
...	Arguments to be passed to DimPlot. cols, reduction, and group.by are already defined and will throw an error if passed.
