Description

Create SGFeatureCounts object from rowRanges, colData and counts.

Usage

makeSGFeatureCounts(rowRanges, colData, counts, min_anchor = 1)

Arguments

rowRanges	SGFeatures object
colData	Data frame with sample information
counts	Integer matrix of counts
min_anchor	Integer specifiying minimum anchor length

Value

SGFeatureCounts object
