datAn environment which has the following objects:

minfi: an object of
GenomicRatioSet-class or
GenomicMethylSet-class.

dnacopy an list of two items, i) DNAcopy an object of
DNAcopy class, and ii) CNA an object of
CNA class
-
segments a data.frame of segments.
-
lrr A matrix of LRR.
-
lrr_shift a numeric scalar. LRR is shifted to minimize the
median absolute deviation from all bins to zero to determine the
copy-number neutral state.
metaA list contain meta information.
