pre-defined settings of detail regions.
Usage

CNV.create_anno.yamat(x, detail_regions_preset = c("yamat", "conumee"))
Arguments
x
An object of RGChannelSet-class or
MethylSet-class or
GenomicMethylSet-class.
detail_regions_preset
A character scalar of the name of preset detail
regions, including "conumee" and "yamat". Default to "yamat".
Details
Exclude regions are from conumee package.
Value
An object of CNV.anno-class.
