mccoy-lab/rhapsodi: R haploid sperm/oocyte data imputation
Given sparse gamete genotyping data, 'rhapsodi' phases the haplotypes of the diploid donor, imputes the full gamete genotypes, and discovers meiotic recombination events for each gamete.
