Export hyp/multihyp object to table

Description

Export hyp/multihyp object to table

Usage

hyp_to_table(hyp_obj, file_path, sep = "\t", cols = NULL, versioning = TRUE)

Arguments

hyp_obj

A hyp or multihyp object

file_path

A file path for hyp objects and directory for multihyp objects

sep

The field separator string

cols

Dataframe columns to include

versioning

Add header with versioning information

Examples
