Usage

filterExposure(object, alpha = 0.05, attribution = TRUE)

Arguments

object	Object of class tempoSig
alpha	Type-I error treshold
attribution	If TRUE, output is multiplied by mutation counts of each sample

Value

Matrix of filtered exposure or attribution
