colChoice.2: Defining colors from a pattern
In mssm-msf-2019/BiostatsALL:

a function that returns a vector of color from a given pattern

1	colChoice.2(colpat = "blue", colfacs)

`colpat`	is the color pattern that will guide choice of colors
`colfacs`	is the factor that should be colored according to the color pattern

1	colChoice.2.R(colplat="blue",colfacs = myfactor)
