Fixed bugs present in commits 335f3d1 to 2d71916 (Gibbs rollout).

In particular:

Implement fix to apply logit function to Y (CM, CP) data structure prior to running Gibbs sampler in R/BINDER.R.

Implement fix to apply sqrt function to variance parameters applied to calls to rnorm in R/BINDER.R.
