Description

varnish dataset contains information about an experiment to evaluate the efficacy of a solvent to dissolve stains of nail varnish from fabrics. The experiment consists in immersing 5 stained fabrics by a certain type of varnish into a bowl with a solvent, measuring the time (in minutes) necessary to dissolve the stain.

Details

The 3 variables of the varnish tbl data frame are the following ones:

• Solvent type of solvent (factor with levels: 1 and 2)

• Varnish type of varnish (factor with levels: 1, 2 and 3)

• Time time necessary to dissolve the stain (minutes) (numeric)
