getBinDuplication get duplication rate for a subset of the
duplication matrix
Usage
getBinDuplication(p, stepSize, DupMat)
Arguments
p
The vector of bins
stepSize
The window size
DupMat
The duplication matrix calculated by analyzeDuprates
Value
The duplication rate per bin
