readcountExpressionBoxplot Calculates the fraction of total reads in
a vector of bins
Usage
getRpkBinReadCountFraction(p, stepSize = stepSize, DupMat = DupMat)
Arguments
p
The vector of bins
stepSize
The window size
DupMat
The duplication matrix calculated by analyzeDuprates
Value
The fraction of total reads in a vector of bins
