createKinshipMatrix(gwaa.data = NULL, plot.mds = T)
Arguments
gwaa.data
GenABEL gwaa.data object.
plot.mds
Default TRUE. Creates a plot of classical multidimensional
scaling (MDS) of the kinship matrix.
