setEdgeFontSizeDirect: setEdgeFontSizeDirect

In tmuetze/Bioconductor_RCy3_the_new_RCytoscape: Display and manipulate graphs in Cytoscape >= 3.3.0

Description

In the specified CytoscapeWindow, set the font size of the specified edge or edges.

Usage

setEdgeFontSizeDirect(obj, edge.names, new.value)

Arguments

obj	a CytoscapeWindowClass object.
edge.names	one or more String objects, cy2-style edge names.
new.value	an integer objects, specifying the font size in pixels.

Value

None.
