Arguments

obj.rep	- report file list object
obj.std	- dataframe object with parameter std info
obj.prs	- dataframe object w/ parameters info
obj.wts	- TCSAM_WTS-type list object
base.dir	- path to base folder
mdl	- model name (optional if R report file is read)
endyr	- assessment year
styr	- model start year
obsyr	- first year for survey observations
pltyr	- first year for some plots
F35	- F35 value for control rule plot
B35	- B35 value for control rule plot

Details

Uses wtsPlots::plotErrorBars.V(), wtsUtilities::formatZeros and wtsUtilities::parseNum.
