welch16/microbiome.onglab: Wrapper functions to run dada2 with htCondor
We wanted to focus on efficiency, and be able to run dada2 a little bit faster. Therefore, we wrapped dada2's functions, and using a split-apply-combine strategy with htCondor we made an accelerated implementatin.
