Usage

## S4 method for signature 'SCD'
mst(object, wR, weighted = TRUE, useDims = NULL)

Arguments

object	Single Cell Dataset object
wR	Name of slot containing Dimensionality Reduced object
weighted	Default TRUE. Passed to igraph.
useDims	Deafult is NULL. Sets dimensions to use.

Value

Returns single cell data object
