Function to plot rarefraction curves
Description
This function plots rarefraction curves from the uploaded
data for both sample-wise or group-wise
Usage
PlotRareCurve(mbSetObj, graphName, variable)
Arguments
mbSetObj
Input the name of the mbSetObj.
graphName
Input the name of the plot.
variable
Input the experimental factor.
