xu-lab/SINCERA: An R implementation of SINCERA pipeline for processing single-cell RNA-seq data.
The pipeline supports the analysis for: the distinction and identification of major cell types; the identification of cell type specific gene signatures; and the determination of driving forces of given cell types.
