transform_by_feature: Transform an mSet object by features

Description

Transform the conc_table slot of an mSet-class object, one feature at a time. This is similar to MARGIN = 1 in the apply function.

Usage

transform_by_feature(object, fun, ...)

Arguments

object	An mSet-class or derived class object.
fun	A function to apply.
...	Arguments to pass to the function/

An mSet-class or derived class object
