aafCytoband: Constructor for aafCytoband objects

Description

For the given probeids, constructs an aafList of aafCytoband objects containing annotation data from the chip data package.

Usage

aafCytoband(probeids, chip)

Arguments

probeids	character vector containing probe ids
chip	name of the chip data package

Value

An aafList of aafCytoband objects. NA values are returned as empty objects.
