aafGO: Constructor for aafGO objects

Description

For the given probeids, constructs an aafList of aafGO objects containing annotation data from the chip data package.

Usage

aafGO(probeids, chip)

Arguments

probeids	character vector containing probe ids
chip	name of the chip data package

Value

An aafList of aafGO objects. NA values are returned as empty objects.
