searchTermPrefix: Searches for term by prefix in ontology

In ontoCAT: Ontology traversal and search

Description

Searches the term by prefix in the ontology. Returns list of term's accessions.

Usage

    searchTermPrefix(object,prefix)

Arguments

object	instance of the Ontology class
prefix	prefix to search for

Value

Returns list of accessions
