MRMBE Class
Description
An object containing the estimate produced using the mode-based estimation method of Hartwig et al as well as various statistics.
Slots
ExposureThe names of the exposure variables.
OutcomeThe name of the outcome variable.
WeightingWhether the analysis was weighted or unweighted.
StdErrWhether the simple or delta version of the standard errors were used.
PhiThe value of the bandwidth factor.
EstimateThe causal estimate from the mode-based estimation method.
StdErrorThe standard errors associated with Estimate.
CILowerThe lower bounds of the confidence interval for Estimate based on StdError.
CIUpperThe upper bounds of the confidence interval for Estimate based on StdError.
AlphaThe significance level used in constructing the confidence interval (default is 0.05).
PvalueP-value associated with the causal estimate.
SNPsThe number of SNPs that were used in the calculation.
