calcium | R Documentation |
Two sets of example data are included in the package: one illustrating uncorrelated variants, and the other correlated variants. These are the data on correlated variants.

fastgluc

An object of class matrix
(inherits from array
) with 6 rows and 6 columns.
The variables calcium
, and fastgluc
are the genetic associations with calcium and fasting glucose for 6 genetic variants reported by Burgess et al (2015). The respective standard errors of the associations are given as calciumse
and fastglucse
. The matrix of correlations between the genetic variants is given as calc.rho
.
These data can be used to test out the various functions in the package.
