Arguments
data
Polygon.
border
Polygon to intersect with/complement from.
in.or.out
Whether to take intersect of <e2><80><98>x<e2><80><99> and <e2><80><98>xb<e2><80><99> (0)
or complement of <e2><80><98>x<e2><80><99> in <e2><80><98>xb<e2><80><99> (1). Default 0.
