Arguments

coreApi	coreApi object with valid jsessionid
experimentAssayType	entity type to get as character string
experimentSampleBarcode	User provided barcode as a character string
experimentAssayUpdateAttrList	assay attributes as a list of key-values pairs
...	additional arguments passed to apiPUT

Details

updateExperimentSampleData Update experiment sample assay data.

Value

List of length 2, containing entity and response objects:

• entity is the HTTP response content of updated sample data.

• response is the entire HTTP response.
