J0bbie/R2CPCT: Misc. functions to perform import and analysis of WGS and RNA-Seq samples
This package holds various R functions to perform analysis on samples derived from the CPCT-02 study. Both WGS and RNA-Seq data from the Hartwig Medical Foundation (HMF) can be further processed and analysed using this package.
