- Phenotype
cell types, i.e. tumor, stroma, immune
- X
X
coordinate of cells, in pixels
- Y
Y coordinate of cells, in pixels
- tumor_ids
tumor or patient identifiers, character strings
- core_ids
core identifiers, character strings
