TAlignment
transcriptomic alignment data.frame
Annotation
data.frame with regerence genome annotation
Details
This function maps transcript IDs from the Transcriptomic alignment data.frame
to the ones from the Reference Annotation data.frame, and extracts gene ids.
Value
a "data.frame".
