cleanProbeSets: filter out small probe sets

Filter out probe sets that have too few probes.

1	cleanProbeSets(ProbeSets, level, min_probe_number = 3)

`ProbeSets`	`data.frame`
`level`	`character`, must equal "gene" or "transcript"
`min_probe_number`	`numeric`, probe sets with >= probes will remain
