VladaMilch/pdProbeRemap: What the package does (short line)

Given original Affymetrix probe grouping and a used-provided reference genome annotation, the package builds new probe groupings in order to meet the original requirements (as unique mappings of probes and existence of enough probes at each probe set). The package provides a chipname.db annotation package, compatible with oligo for further analysis.
