Add VST normalized assay data element to expression set
Description
For microarray datasets duplicates exprs slot into vsd slot.
Usage
add_vsd(eset, rna_seq = TRUE)
Arguments
eset
ExpressionSet with group column in pData(eset)
rna_seq
Is this an RNA-seq eset? Default is TRUE.
Value
eset with 'vsd' assayDataElement added.
