See the enclosed .travis.yml for examples of how to build and run this.

This repository does not include any of the data.
- Post-processed OTU tables and sample metadata can be retrieved from Zenodo: https://zenodo.org/record/825276
- Raw reads can be retrieved from the NCBI SRA: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/PRJNA392272
