Description
This function creates a warning message for the
UI to present to the user regarding the sequencing
depth bias.
Usage
counts_bias_message(raw_counts, data_file_format, sample_info)
Arguments
raw_counts
Matrix of faw counts data from pre_process()
sample_info
Matrix of experiment information about each sample
Value
Message for the UI
