Insert natural scale parameters into a parameter matrix

Usage

insert_initdist(parmat, initdist_objects, prop, rowind, mcmc_rec)

Arguments

parmat	matrix into which parameters should be inserted
initdist_objects	list of parameter blocks
prop	should proposed parameters be inserted?
rowind	row index (C++)
mcmc_rec	are the parameters being inserted into the MCMC record?
