Report haplotype consensus files as verified

reportCheckedConsensus(x, which = "mapFinal")
Arguments
x
A DR2S object.
which
Which mapping do we want to update.
Details
reportCheckedConsensus will create a checked directory
containing the consensus sequences
{A,B}.{readtype}.{mapper}.checked.fa
and a html alignment file aln.{readtype}.{mapper}.checked.html.
