adhocLogPhiSD(regionalCounts, params, condQuad, tp)
Arguments
regionalCounts
the regional counts table
params
the parameter sheet object
condQuad
the set of select,nonselect,selWT and nonWT conditions
tp
the current time point
Value
a vector of ad-hoc log(phi) sds.
