Description

plots the sum of squares of off diagonal mass (differential TF Involvement)

Usage

monsterPlotMonsterAnalysis(x, ...)

Arguments

x	an object of class "monsterAnalysis"
...	further arguments passed to or from other methods.

Value

Plot of the dTFI for each TF against null distribution
