Description
This function merges the cnv data of a group of cells according
to their supercell grouping
Usage
superCells_merge(data, supercells)
Arguments
data
matrix containing cnv data
supercells
matrix containing supercell grouping assignemnts
Value
supercells with calculated cnv data
