Arguments
mat
A matrix containing "cvclA" and "cvclB" columns for cellosaurus IDs of cell lines
melt.cells
Melted cellosaurus dataframe, accessible from CCLid::ccl_table
Value
Character vector of OI (originating in), SS (synonymous), SI (sample from),
and PCL (problematic)
