Converts gene names of query to match type/species of reference names (human
or mouse).
Usage
ConvertGeneNames(object, reference.names, homolog.table)
Arguments
object
Object to convert, must contain only RNA counts matrix
reference.names
Gene names of reference
homolog.table
Location of file (or URL) containing table with
human/mouse homologies
Value
query object with converted feature names, likely subsetted
