adjacency: Adjacency matrix from spacemap and spacemap models

Description

Output from spacemap and space is transformed into an adjacency matrix encoding a network.

Usage

adjacency(net, aszero = 1e-06)

Arguments

net	Object output from spacemap and space
aszero	Positive numeric value (defaults to 1e-6) indicating at what point to consider extremely small parameter estimates of Γ and ρ as zero.

Value

A list containing

• yy A p \times p adjancency matrix indicates an edgey_q - y_l when yy[q,l] == 1 and 0 otherwise.

• xy A p \times q adjancency matrix indicates an edgex_p - y_q when xy[p,q] == 1 and 0 otherwise.
