Usage

  clrs = c("blue", "green", "cyan", "red", "orange", "darkgrey",
  "darkseagreen"), title = "", ylab = "")

Arguments

obsyrs	- observed years to export
obs	- observations
obscv	- cv's associated with observations
prdyrs	- years covering predictions
vartype	- variable type to plot
objs	- list of results objects to extract results from
scaleBy	- scale predictions by this
clrs	- colors to use for different models
title	- plot title
ylab	- y-axis label
