Description
Get distribution of taxonomic levels
Usage
getTaxLevelDistribution(sigs)
Arguments
sigs
a list of BugSigDB signatures in metaphlan format.
Typically obtained via getSignatures.
Value
A sorted table listing absolute frequencies of unique taxa for each
taxonomic level.
