Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) Data
Description
This dataset contains the gene expression data (HCCdata, 15,575 genes, 371 samples) compiled from TCGA database. cmSurvival records the 306 sample names which are used in the survival study. survStatus records the corresponding survival status and survTime records the corresponding survival time.
