Description
This dataset contains the surrogate proportion variables (163 samples, 7 SPVs) corresponding to Neutrophil cells, T cells, Monocyte cells, B celss, NK cells, Plasma cells and Dendritic cells. This dataset is extracted from Chikina, M. (2015).
