plotEnergyLogo(PEM, col_scheme = c("default", "classic"))
Arguments
col_scheme
The color scheme used to illustrate different nucleotides, which can be created by function ggseqlogo::make_col_scheme
Value
A ggplot object illustrating the energy logo.
