Description

Create an ExpressionSet based on phenotype data and expression data

Usage

createExpressionSet(pData, exprs, ...)

Arguments

pData

a data frame contains the phenotype data

exprs

a data frame contains the expression data

...

addtional arguments passed to new("ExpressionSet", exprs, phenoData, ...) if needed

an ExpressionSet
